Come di consueto, anche l'edizione 2011 del Vinitaly si è rivelata preziosa per ciò che concerne qualità e quantità delle degustazioni.
Oltre a quelli in Fiera, quest'anno abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di aggiungere altri tasting fatti direttamente in azienda.
A seguito di cortese invito fattoci da Cantina Buglioni, riusciamo infatti ad organizzarci per una visita in sede a San Pietro in Cariano (VR).
Ricavata completamente nel sottosuolo dell’abitazione di famiglia, la cantina dispone d'impianti di trasformazione d'avanguardia, area stoccaggio, sala degustazione, imbottigliamento, bariccaia e gode di temperatura costante controllata per tutto l’anno.

Ricavata completamente nel sottosuolo dell’abitazione di famiglia, la cantina dispone d'impianti di trasformazione d'avanguardia, area stoccaggio, sala degustazione, imbottigliamento, bariccaia e gode di temperatura costante controllata per tutto l’anno.
Cantina Buglioni si estente su 70 ettari di proprietà di cui 35 a vigneto, per una produzione media annua di 190.000 bottiglie.
Abbiamo degustato:
Valpolicella Doc Classico Superiore Ripasso '06 "il Bugiardo":
Ottenuto da uve Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, sottoposte a tre mesi di appassimento, per un titolo alcolometrico finale di 14,5%.
Concentrato nel colore, fine al naso, vellutato e di grande equilibrio al palato.
Note di frutto maturo e toni erbacei supportano un quadro organolettico intenso e convincente.
Da abbinare su primi piatti saporiti, carni rosse, formaggi semistagionati e con un po' di coraggio anche su brodetto di pesce marchigiano alla sangiorgese o alla sambenedettese.
Amarone di Valpolicella Doc Classico '06 "l’Amarone":Ottenuto da uve selezionate di Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, successivamente sottoposte ad appassimento per un periodo di circa 4 mesi, per un titolo alcolometrico finale di 17%.
Consistente e profondo, di grande spessore.
Fase olfattiva caratterizzata da frutta macerata e fiori in appassimento.
Al gusto il quadro si arricchisce di note di cacao amaro, cioccolato fondente, toni erbacei in sottofondo: materico, possente, destinato ad evolvere nel lungo periodo.
Vini di grande pregio da 25 a 50 euro sullo scaffale.
