AIS Fermo presenta: cena degustazione con Cantina Orsogna.
AIS Marche delegazione di Fermo organizza una cena degustazione presso l'Istituto Alberghiero di Porto Sant'Elpidio (Fm), alla scoperta del vino biodinamico, grazie alla collaborazione di una grande realtà abruzzese, Cantina Orsogna, che con oltre 1100 ettari vitati all'interno del parco nazionale della Maiella, parte dei quali in biodinamica, è una delle più importanti realtà a livello nazionale.
Durante la cena possiamo degustare 2 vini della linea Zero Puro senza solfiti aggiunti e altri 3 vini della linea Lunaria, certificati biodinamici con il marchio internazionale Demeter.
Il Menù della serata realizzato dai docenti e dagli allievi dell'istituto alberghiero di Porto Sant'Elpidio, con i relativi vini in abbinamento.
Aperitivo:
Appetizer di benvenuto.
Spumante a fermentazione spontanea Stillae.
Antipasto:
Carpaccio di manzo con verdure di stagione e crostone.
Terre di Chieti, Pinot Grigio IGT Ramoro.
Primo piatto:
Tagliatelle al ragù bianco di cortile.
Pecorino Prismae.
Secondo piatto:
Brasato di bovino al “Coste di Moro” con purè di patate.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Coste di Moro.
Dolce:
Fantasie al cioccolato.
Montepulciano passito Bucefalo.
Il contributo per sostenere le spese della serata è di 25 euro.
